April Chocolate Selection

Treat yourself or someone special to a box of these delicious and beautifully gift-packaged artisan chocolates. These are hand-painted, hand-tempered and hand-crafted in Cambridge.


We have a monthly changing seasonal menu. The flavours for April are:


Carrot Cake - Carrot pâte de fruit, cream cheese ganache, spiced pecan base made using house-made pecan praline. It tastes exactly like a carrot cake!


Lemongrass Mint - Single origin Java 32% milk chocolate ganache infused with fresh mint and lemongrass. An unusual combination which actually works well together to create a refreshing and almost floral fusion.


Peanut & Banana - Roasted banana caramel and creamy house-made peanut gianduja. The roasted banana caramel tastes similar to a popular street food in the Philippines called "Banana Cue" which is essentially a barbeque'd banana!


Salted Popcorn - Brown butter caramel and salted popcorn infusion. This flavour is so fun - both to make and to eat! House-made salted popcorn, blitz into a fine powder then infused for 24 hours into a silky, salty and super butter-y popcorn ganache


All gift-note options come with our very own greeting card, illustrated by London-based illustrator: Jill Tytherleigh.
