May Chocolate Selection

Treat yourself or someone special to a box of these delicious and beautifully gift-packaged artisan chocolates. These are hand-painted, hand-tempered and hand-crafted in Cambridge.


We have a monthly changing seasonal menu. The theme for May is "Cambridge", featuring four fantastic ingredients from local Cambridge artisan makers...


Anisa & Chocolate - House-made hazelnut praline blended with @anisa_chocolate's 65% Philippine bean to bar chocolate, sitting atop a crispy "cookie" layer (vegan). The chocolate is made from organic cocoa beans grown on the family-run Kablon Farms in the Philippines, which make their way to Cambridge where Anisa starts the long and careful bean to bar process


Bee & Bird Honey - Caramelised honey and a creamy cardamom infused blonde chocolate ganache inside a caramelised white chocolate shell. @Beeandbirdhoney produce a fully ethical, sustainable and seasonal honey, packed full of local Cambridge blooms!


Cambridge Distillery - Apricot & lemon pâte de fruit, paired with an elderflower infused ganache using @cambridgegin's delicious Elderflower Gin Liqueur. Cambridge Distillery has been awarded three consecutive times as the most innnovative distillery in the world for their brilliant gins which use and distil fresh, locally available botanicals


The Brew Project - A double espresso in a bonbon form: luscious coffee caramel and coffee ganache using @the_brew_project's very own blend 'Milk Fighter'. These guys are specialty coffee roasters and have been providing Cambridge with badass coffee beans. Their signature blend is sweet, creamy and works perfectly with this milk chocolate shell.
